“The funniest, jolliest, best holiday entertainment that we’ve ever been to.” — Audience Member
Celebrate the holidays with Open Eye! First produced in the living room of Open Eye founders Michael Sommers and Susan Haas 34 years ago, THE HOLIDAY PAGEANT has become a beloved tradition. Join us for a delightful production with new and returning cast members — and puppetry!

Lucifer is despondent — mankind has become so base and vile that he has nothing to do. Daring to visit the Godhead, he pleads for the ‘one on high’ to do something about the situation so he can do his best work. A delightful and original retelling of the 15th century Medieval Mystery Plays and the Second Shepherds’ Play, the stage fills with angels and devils, Mary and Joseph, the shepherds, and Fluffsie the lamb. Accompanied by a joyful community chorus and Open Eye’s house band!
